I certify that I am releasing my image and/or media to Jubilee and its representatives for public awareness of our schools through newspapers, radio, TV, the web, social media, displays, brochures, and other marketing collateral and fully understand I relieve Jubilee, its Executive Board, employees, and other representatives from any liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of the use of this material.
